This jacket was part of Dolce & Gabbana’s Autumn Winter 2003 collection themed “techno romance” crossing the line between new and old ideologies of masculinity. Taking inspiration from military uniform of the past whilst effortlessly mixing it with pulls from bdsm, punk and rave subcultures. This jacket and collection is an important part of the brands history shaping D&G’s well known androgynous look.
The piece itself is based on old paratrooper flight jackets, sporting a splittable zip faux fur hood, cropped in the body with elongated sleeves and classic D&G hardware throughout.
Condition on this piece is great with no major flaws just slight signs of wear.
